I have two problems.
1) I can't find the construction hat
2) I still don't have the achievement for building your first combo weapon which...uh...I've built lots.

The construction helmet is on the roof directly across from Bob the gunman. When you hop over, head to the far right corner of the new roof and it's right there on the edge overlooking the street
As for the achievement.. maybe re-downloading the game?

Nah I googled it. It's a bug that happens if you do the trial, build a combo weapon, then buy the full game in-game. It is unresolvable at this time.
Goddammit.
