I asked why.

"Tokio Hotel, duh."

Hahah, kind of like girls I know who are obsessed with Vampires... *killing spree*

I quite like Tokio Hotel, to be honest. I like their sound. I like them with full knowledge of their manufactured beginnings.
But, to be honest, it's my music taste, I don't care what other people think. Plus, I pirate their music, so it's not like I'm funding the German Jonas Brothers :P

And yeah, I thought Bill was a girl at first >_> they all look really stupid, to be honest. But that doesn't matter, also, it's amusing.

Okay, I am bored, so I looked up some Tokio Hotel videos on Youtube.

1. Is the singer wearing a padded bra on his manchest? Looks like it.
2. German is a really BAD language for singing ballads in. No offense German speakers, but hacking-up-phlegm noises aren't really that romantic.
3. If someone told me this was Christian rock, I'd believe them. Same blandness, vague lyrics, and fake edginess. Take that as you will.

This thread is now the "Name drop obscure Krautrock from the 70s thread".

On a related note...

Listen to Guru Guru, you cunts.

1. Probably.
2. Yes.
3. Someone agrees with me.

It annoys me how much Christian rock bands have vague lyrics and a "hardcore" sound to attempt to appeal to the people who don't know that it's Christian rock.

Although, I do like "Phenomenon" by Thousand Foot Krutch.

oh hell yesss, right with you there. I accidentally walk in my AGAPE club hearing some sort of hard rock-esque music, and then I walk out disappointed. Clever.
