Tripping on acid is a pretty fun thing to do, but not as awesome as everyone says! Make sure it is good, and that you are gonna spend the day outside. If you're gonna be in the bay area, I highly reccomend exploring the shit out of Golden Gate Park, I mean it is pretty traditional at this point, you know? Alternatively, come to Colorado and we can go explore some epic mountains or some shit, only I will probably never do acid again ever.
And you know what is great for getting in shape? Climbing! also yoga.

Man, I have to try acid someday. The town I grew up in has this character called Barmer, who is a total acid casualty, just plain nuts or both, hanging around the pubs I used to frequent, and apparently you can only "get" what the hell the guy is on about when you're blasted on acid yourself. I have to try that.
