Guys, Tell Me I'm Pretty

I'm trying to say that it's pretty unfair how, a poster who has been around before/people know, gets away with making up silly threads that would otherwise be left alone or turn into a giant post with people going it was a new poster. I mean he posted the "I'm listening to Avril Lavrigne" and the "I'm listening to Kate Perry" threads. If someone who just had one post and no one knew came along and did that they would probably just be told to shut the fuck up and post it in the "What am I listening to right now" thread.
I've not really got any beef with AG. More my problem is with the way that people will happily jump on a thread started by a new poster and tell him to shut the hell up and lurk more, whilst a ridiculous thread like this, with a main point that could have easily been made in the blog thread (It's there for a reason) gets respected members of the forums posting in it and not telling AG to move it into the blog thread.

But people know Keiffer is the thing. You put up with much more from someone you are familiar with than a complete stranger. It's taken as humourous instead of retarded because the people here generally know that he's not retarded, he's just being silly. This doesn't mean it's right, but it's certainly understandable.

Fixed. The double standard around here is much more obvious than a lot of forums I frequent. But hey, whatever. I don't take any of it all that serious.

Would he have gotten as many replies? Keiffer, you're an attention whore but I don't mind. I offered to let you sleep on my couch once but you ended up not coming up this way, or I think going at all, but if you do ever decide to again and need a place to sleep say between Seattle and MPLS, the offer still stands.
