I am confused. On  my third try, it sent me to the encyclopedia entry saying that the Junta council had appropriated three years for formation of a stable government, and I had helped them reach that goal. The end of the encyclopedia stated that I was going into my fourth year, but that the entry was written well after my tenure as presidente. Does the game only go for three years max?
