MrBlu:
I have no idea what "festooned" means?

I'm now going to look up "festooned" on Google.

A festoon is a string or garland, as of leaves or flowers, suspended in a loop or curve between two points.

Something that is festooned means that something was decorated with a festoon.

I learned what a festoon is today.

Patrick:
I festooned your mom real good last night.

Nah seriously, she actually looked really nice.

Barmymoo:
I have spent the morning clearing out the office, and now it is festooned with memories and not much else.

:(
