He said that he didn't know what to do in System Shock 1 and asked if he was going to be OK with System Shock 2.

I told him that System Shock 2 was very structured.  (It has an excellent map and task system so you don't get lost going toward your next objective.)

...So I thought I would try to answer his question about SS2 by talking about SS2.

For me, it'd probably be Alma.  There were parts of that game that gave me a creepy crawly sensation in my whole body.  Sure, most of it was a rather generic shooter, but there were parts that were slightly terrifying, and not in a "jump out to get you" way.
