Wait, what? Wacken has four stages. The True Stage, The Black Stage, the Party Stage and the Tent. Like, the whole graphic design of all their merchandise is even based around this (like how you can buy the blue True Stage shirts, the red Black Stage shirts or the green Party Stage shirts).

Edit: might wanna listen to most of these only after you've listened to Khar's recommendations earlier and gotten a taste for metal. Those are all decent bands, but imo, more like starter groups.

If you do go on metal archives, don't let them disliking it throw you off, they have more than their fair share of pretentious pricks there, and I have really enjoyed some stuff that gets poor marks for not being troo enough.
