My shit turned out... alright.
The asparaguts were done up with olive oil and crushed lemon chili almonds, those were good.
The Pilaf actually came out bomb, I was happier with that than anything else.
The pork was... tasty? I think if I had it to do over again I'd use more rosemary, and add something to the sauce. I'm realizing now that some cheese woulda worked, added some richness, some bite. The dish overall was tasty, but kinda bland, I guess. It also might be improved by using balsamic instead of red wine vinegar for the sauce, not sure though. Just needed something that wasn't there.
