OK, my Japanese doesn't extend any further than 'Hajimemashite', 'Konnichiwa' and 'kanpai', so a little help please...
I assume Momo is her name, yes?, with -tan the equivalent of the English 'Miss'. And the context of panel 6 suggests that -sama would be a sort of deferential "Yes, MA'AM"?
Lyrical:
(paraphrasing from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_honorifics ) Tan is a baby-talk version of Chan, to make it even more diminutive/cutesy. It's used for pets, mascots, animals, and children (like the -ito suffix in Spanish).
Sama is used toward customers or people who are much higher rank, to signify respect or formality (much more so than San, which is more equivalent to Mr./Mrs./Miss).
Juniper Jade:
Momo doesn't take any shit does she? I think I love her. I'm interested to see how Marigold looks after a "grooming" and her interactions at a bar.

I'm going to say very, very high.

Okay, 1) Xenosaga is the best series ever, and those powers are explained like, to times in three games. And 2) Momo is pretty much a Generic name, it's not Xenosaga Specific. Hell, Avatar has a Momo.
Registered just to say that, but I might stick around, took me three days to go through this entire comic after all.
