Thanks for the Les Paul tribute. Another of the great ones is gone, though his works will live on.
Despite the "progress" of our times, I've always felt that all the progress since the mid-1900's is entirely due to geniuses like Edison and Einstein, and subsidiarily from people like Les Paul, who created ingenious tools based on the early great discoveries. Has anyone in the post-Boomer generation brought any significant contributions to the table?
