Faye's Dad

<< < (5/10) > >>

cerement:
A suicide "best hits" medley, 15 second selections of 8 different songs in an endlessly repeating loop ... (my brother had to work a Christmas gig one year, he still twitches if you just whisper "jingle bells" ...)

Fortunately, windmills do.

It took 10 minutes on Google and a Youtube clip, but now I understand this.

Note to self - get a life.

I'm not so sure about that. My father killed himself, and I think it's safe to chalk it up to alcoholism and depression.

Is it cold in here?:
My heart goes out to you. In my case it was my brother.

A reason is not an explanation, though. Even if Faye's dad had left a note, it could never have explained destroying a life and creating a lifetime of pain for the survivors.

Delirium:
Can you really justify forcing someone else to keep living just to make your life happier, no matter how miserable they are? Seems to be just as selfish to me as suicide itself.
