I looked at that "The List" thread. Every time someone listed Queen as overrated I got confused for a second. I don't really listen to them often, but of all the songs out there in the world, Don't Stop Me Now is the one most likely to make me smile against my will.

I started lurking around May of that year, heretic had just registered and was a Big Star and he's like the only guy i mention because if i start remembering more then i will be here for a while, and plus I didn't post so none of those folk know who I am? Then I think I traveled that summer? so then I came back and then the Sandbox was closed and there was a new forum and people didn't heed by its title and then there was a NEW NEW forum within three months and tania had started posting too and she was like new and young and i don't know. i've been here way too long. i was thirteen then.

I'm terrible with remembering names particularly if the name/avatar combination changes, but you were the guy with an avatar of you on a trampoline weren't you? I also seem to remember that you work(ed) at some sort of sport or recreation kind of place where that was taken. I'm pretty sure you mentioned something about living in the meth capital of the world in Discuss! and explained the highly disturbing effects of the stuff to me. I also want to say you're a man with bad circulation and you get cold hands so you wear gloves a lot, but I now have a horrible feeling I've constructed a strange composite character out of other people and none of this relates to you in the slightest.

sp2 and Luke argued about Coldplay. I sent Christmas packages to Ray and Chuck. The Makeout Hobo did not yet exist, Kieffer had not yet left for his epic road trip, and his friend La_Creme was still around sometimes. Heather was just about to move to Australia, Jeph and Cristi were still kind of a new thing and still hung out on the internet sometimes, and some day in the not-so-distant-future I would get on IRC and end up dating Dan for a bit. I had not yet been to Glasgow, Tommy did not live in the country next to ferocious monsters, and fruitkat had never been to America.

Huh.
