So wait, the arenas that are scattered through the world that the game has special map markers and huge signs and stuff for are there so you can fight the people in your co-op team? You can fight them anywhere! There has to be something more to it. Tell me there is something more to it.
Maybe you can get exp or money from the actual arenas? Come on!
Btw, the game really ramps the difficulty up after you get to Old Haven. The crimson lance are the first npc's I can't one-shot.

Beat the game. Going to do a second run-through soon. The only weapons I found that were any better than what I had were alien weapons and lose their charge after like 4 shots. BOOOOOO.

A tip if you're on playthrough 2.5: Some of the respawned bosses occasionally drop improved versions of quest rewards. Rakkinshu may drop a level 48 Sentinel, for example. The other boss-exclusive weapons are worth getting too; I got an incendiary Boom Stick from Baron Flynt, and it explodes everything on fire. Better than any rocket launcher I ever had.
Chesire Cat:
I had a lvl 22 Maliwan Hellfire SMG that was pretty much the best weapon Ive gotten until late in the 2nd playthrough (being replaced with a higher level hellfire)

Just got a dark orange Maliwan Crux that does 7x122 dmg, ~74% accuracy and 1.9% fire rate. This thing=the game on easy

I'd love to play with people, single player is sort of boring as a Siren, and I'm level 19 in the mines to kill Sledge. I have trouble taking out 3-4 bandits alone right now because I've got shit weapons.
