being a webcomic artist, no matter how famous, usually doesnt draw papparazzi. at most, you'll get a few interviews.

Hmm I suspect Hanners is more concerned for Marigolds well being atm instead of freaking out over the blood. But that could mean she is on her meds too.

Hanners is simply prioritizing her worries. While Marigold is hurt and upset, worrying about her friend takes priority. As soon as Marigold calms down and Hanners is certain she's OK, then she'll be free to freak out about the blood.
