Not their best work ever but if the combination of the song and seeing J Mascis ride a skateboard doesn't make you happy there's just no helping you.

objection!

personally, i find Dinosaur Jr. to be...not good.

But do you hate them?

Scandanavian War Machine:
I wouldn't say I hate them, but I do not like anything at about them, even a little bit, even for a second.

edited for redundancy

--- Quote from: Jeans on 10 Dec 2009, 16:39 ---As for Opeth and Vampire Weekend - come on, guys. Let's at least try not to make this into a thread where we wave our music taste like flags/penises. It's really really obvious that someone is gonna veto both those suggestions, isn't it?

--- End quote ---

Vampire Weekend isn't a personal taste of mine, they're just a really inoffensive band! They're poppy and safe. Which brings me to my next point:

--- Quote from: Ptommydski on 10 Dec 2009, 16:45 ---As long as their singer still draws breath, I will not even acknowledge his bandmates as human beings, let alone as musicians.

--- End quote ---

Jeez dude, that's fucking harsh. I can understand a dislike of them but what about their music is so awful that you would go to such lengths to insult them?

Billie Holiday is gonna get vetoed on account of not everyone likes blues and jazz. Though personally I find her wonderful.

Do the members of Dinosaur Jr. actually have mad skateboarding/BMX skills or are those well-placed stunt doubles?

Scandanavian War Machine:
here's a hint

(he never found it)

SWOON! at My Gravitas:
One of Jesu's poppier songs, maybe?
