I have been buying these raspberry and blueberry muffins from a tiny little coffee stand at my uni. They are delicious! However, I kind of want to know how to make them, but I don't want to ask the people at the stand.
They are not cakey, they are very dense and heavy, but don't feel like they sit heavy in your stomach. They look ridiculously healthy, aren't overly sweet and seem to have muesli pieces in them? I can only assume they are muesli muffins, however I have never made them before. Does anyone have any good recipes for this type of thing?
Lunchbox:
The Bourke Street Bakery have muffins sort of like this. I have their recipe book at home. I will copy it in when I get home.
Muffin recipes are so varied! I hope you can find something you like.

Thanks lunchy, that'd be awesome. I'm going to have a look in my baking books when I get a better chance, because my goodness these are delicious and are starting to cost me a fortune.
