i am a great big giant LOST nerd now, all because of my silly lost nerd friends. tomorrow is the series finale (omg what am i going to do with my life once LOST is over??), and apparently there are two different LOST parties i have to go to and everyone is all upset with me "you're only coming to the preshow?? jerk!" "you're missing the preshow and you're only coming to watch the last episode?! jerk!".
so i am making Lost-themed(ish) baked goods to appease everyone.
Claire's Peanut Butter S'more Cake
i took this recipe and made it into cupcakes. i'm going to put peach ice cream in the centers, and a chocolate shell and/or whipped cream on the tops. I'll probably decorate some of them with Dharma logos.
i am really nervous about them though because they are full of air bubbles and i hope they're not totally gross!
last week i made rainbow cupcakes for a friend's birthday. i wish i had photos because they were adorable!
i love that i finally have time to bake again, and plenty of excuses to give it all away (:

Your link is impressively borked, but it sounds good from your post! I wish I had the facilities to bake - maybe next year's oven will be cleaner and nicer and generally functional!

Also, guys, I'm currently waiting 2 hours for some french bread to ferment! I'm a little nervous that I've screwed this up some how. This bread has been two or three days in the making.
