However what is not success is that last night me and my friend were walking across a cross walk, a car turned the corner and I lunged out of the way, the car hit my friend and broke his arm and drove off.

I feel a bit bad about having good news when things are not great for quite a few people in this thread but I got the stage managing position I applied for in the summer - two weeks in an outdoor theatre in Cornwall

Now I have to work out a way that I can simultaneously be in Edinburgh and Cornwall for one of the weekends and it will all be sorted.

Anyway Blog Thread we have had a mouse in our pantry, it has probably been around for ages judging on the amount of poop I found when I cleaned it out on Wednesday but I only noticed then because he had actually chewed a tunnel through my loaf of bread. There was no smell or anything, at least not until I started cleaning it out, then the smell was everywhere. I tried getting him with a human trap but the little bastard managed to outsmart it (twice!) so I have given up and bought a lethal trap, and I feel awful. Sorry little mouse dude, it is not yr fault we have delicious food.

Guys I am failing so miserably to get any revision done that it's starting to scare me. My exams are a week on Monday and I cannot concentrate. I don't know what the problem is, or what the solution would be. ARGH.

I have one exam this trimester, and it's really hard to get any enthusiasm to study because a) it's on civil litigation procedure which is the single most boring thing the law has ever come up with barring only a Kirby J concurring judgement and b) I have had two weeks to study nine weeks of material and I know I can stretch it out a bit more. I'll be fine though.

I got my camera back last night! I got in touch with the guy I gave it to, who was one of the two people that were filming the show and he put me in touch with the other person, who had my camera. All is well! And they got some videos on it, which is awesome.

And I found out yesterday that I'm probably going to be allowed to work part time at my store come fall. This rocks, because 1) I honestly do like working there and 2) I most likely don't have to find a new job! I don't really want to leave, it's conveniently placed between school and home, and because of the hours the store is open, I'll still have plenty of time for homework and whatnot. The art store has given me some good connections and I'd hate to leave it until I have to. And because of the way I scheduled my classes for the fall, I really won't lose too many hours. I don't know what to expect in the spring yet, but we'll see. I at least have time to get adjusted.

So things are going pretty ok for me. I feel like I'm getting myself back on track.
