That reminds me of these two strips of a comic I used to read.

The Students' Union of the university I used to go to had a note to attached to each computer that read something along the lines of:

GOOD NEWS FROM ME: a boy who is in TWO BANDS i like (a metal one and an indie pop one), and is a comic (who i actually think is funny and he loves bill hicks and everything else i do), and likes all the same shit basically as i do thinks i am cute and wants to get a drink. i am totally swooning. hopefully he continues to think i am rad, but he is like way more awesome than i am. and he looks like exactly what my type is, burly and bearded. he looks like every random picture of a viking. and i have thought he is cute for a long time yayayay

So, I'm learning ukulele pretty quickly and I'm super impressed with myself, and I think I'm gonna quit my current life and become a traveling ukulele playing gypsy. I really think that this is the best plan. I'd change my name, except my name is pretty awesome, and I'd get a dog for a companion, but I have a pretty awesome cat(who also has a pretty awesome name, Vincent), and he likes the outdoors anyway, so I think he will just be my companion. I guess I'll just have to convince my boyfriend to give up curing cancer and teach him how to be a manager and a promoter to help get the word out whenever we get into town so people will give us money and watch us play music in the streets.

So you guys remember that job I got a few months back and was really enjoying? I got ~~fired~~ a promotion.
Now I'm assistant librarian instead of library assistant. Confusing titles but it basically means I've moved from standard entry level to assistant manager.
I'll have minions come July 12. Plus it's a 5k pay rise.

I think there's a little ambiguity in there that needs to be cleared up; like, are they assisting the library or are they assisting the assistant librarian? For clarity's sake we should call them library assistants assisting the assistant librarian. That way everyone knows what we're talking about!

For what its worth, Bud Light Lime isn't the worst beer. During the weekend of my 21st birthday, I was trapped at my parents house babysitting. When the kids went to bed, I raided the fridge for booze of some sort, and that's all they had. It wasn't bad. Not very beery or limey though.
