I like it! And since Momo actually has the ability to zap people, she would indeed be useful for self-defense. ^_^ And yes, what Faye is doing to her is wrong, but it still made me giggle. As did Sven saying "Boo" to Marigold -- I mean, hell, she's cowering like a shy four-year-old even as he's thanking her for giving the book back. Marbear's gonna need something more substantial than cocoa soon, methinks.
I've been saying since last year that I'd like to see Sven and Marigold have a WoW connection. Any configuration Jeph could come up with for something like that would no doubt be funny, considering the differences in Marigold's demeanor between in-game and IRL. I love the idea of Sven being like "Wait, you're the one who ganked me and then camped my corpse for 6 hours straight?" And one of the reasons I don't want to see them paired is because it would be refreshing for Sven to form a relationship with a female non-family member that did not involve his dick falling into her. So far, his intern's the only one who's been spared that (as far as we know).
Of course, now I'm wondering if Sven, upon leaving CoD, will run smack into Angus outside. Oops, shouldn't have said that -- now someone's gonna ship them too.

Follow-up thought: I like the subtext of the "NO TOUCHY" sign over the light switch in the shop that's been appearing in the background near Sven in the last couple strips. Sneaky and funny. 8-)

Google tells me Chiyo & Osaka are characters from the above-mentioned Azumanga Daioh, also "Chiyo is smart, cute and charming while Osaka is naive and interesting. Together, they make one of my favorite anime comedy pairings". So I'm guessing Chiyo = Momo and Osaka = Marigold?
