My guess would be no. Marigold told Momo it was time to leave in Thursday's comic, and she wasn't in her state of socially inept shock, which suggests he already left.

I'm positive this is a long term change for Hannelore, Jeph practically telegraphed it with the 'taking care of Marigold' storyline. And while I still don't think it's a very realistic representation of how OCD operates, I'm glad she's beginning to 'get over it'
