For the life of me I can't hear the name "Wisconsin" without thinking of Herc's amazing "Wisconsin: smell the dairy air" t-shirt from the Wire. I don't know who was resonsible for the wardrobe in that show but they really outdid themselves in that moment.

When you're bouncing through Washington DC, definitely check out the Smithsonian museums. It's great for poor people (me), because most of the museums are free.
I'd offer you a couch or 6, but I can guarantee I am much more out of the way than you want to be. (AKA very southern Maryland) But give a heads up when you're in the DC area. I'd hike up there, and I can guarantee Jeff (Silent J) would be joining me. In fact, he'd be my chauffeur.
