Every song needs a swing beat
« on: 25 May 2010, 22:05 »

So there is this piece of code called "The Swinger" that will give any song run through it a swing beat.. The results are particularly hilarious--once could also call this the ZZTopper.

So what happens when someone runs a song that already has a swing beat through this script? I am dying to know.

Installing this right now, can't wait to play around with it. It's by the same guys who did the cowbell and put a donk on it sites, pretty cool library.

This is actually really cool and when used correctly could probably be pretty useful in production situations, if there isn't already a tool for that. I mean, it's really cool in a production stand point, but I imagine a lot of snobby anti-production musicians would be offended with it.

Actually I'm pretty sure you can do this in Reason, you just have to do it manually

Upside: probably sounds a hell of a lot better
