That is seriously one the single best movie posters I have seen in a long, long time. In fact it's hard for me to stop looking at how deliciously awesome this poster is. The way all the text is centered, the part 1 part 2 deal, the fantastic symmetry. Serious props to whomever designed this.

It seems to me like the trailer, the posters, everything seem calculated to indicate that it is going to be a much darker, much less children-friendly film than the previous ones. They've been moving in that direction as we go along and the books do the same thing, but I can imagine that any children who got into HP after the series was already out and popular might be a bit peeved if this is a 15 or even an 18 (can't imagine them doing that though).
