I just think it's ridiculously unfair. Paella is a finished dish. Rice is a side like when you're eating mole poblano and other awesome shit, and tossing some crustaceans and such in there wouldn't necessarily improve anything.

It's like how Internet commerce is getting.  I buy a book: they get the money, I get the book.  Then I get the emails asking me to rate the transaction...  WTF?  We exchanged money for goods; end of - stop bothering me.
