Is it possible to get fired from Coffee of Doom?

(1/7) > >>

Is it cold in here?:
You can drench a customer in milk or pour scalding espresso on one. You can throw a ladle at another employee or hit her on the head with a sword. You can insult the boss directly. You can ridicule paying customers to their faces. Does Dora have some kind of lifetime employment policy?

akronnick:
Losing a verbal (or a phisical, for that matter) sparring match with a customer is grounds for unpaid leave pending termination.

And I don't mean termination of employment [dun Dun DUN!]

Kugai:
Barry Manilow will do it.

Oh Sara, how we miss thee!

Mr_Rose:
OK, let's break it down:

The red parts are/were wholly-justified vengeance and not done as a regular thing.
Green is for intra-office politics mostly related to non-employment events.
Orange is an occupational hazard around Raven, and therefore totally OK as long as it was funny.
Finally, the yellow part is what brings the customers in in the first place.

Basically, I don't think Dora cares what the staff do to each other as long as they are still able to serve coffee and extract money from the customers. Note that Faye didn't dump milk or espresso on anyone until after they had already paid.
