I think the upshot is, Dora can't bring herself to fire anyone.  People leave  - Sara, Raven - but fired?   Well, not yet. 

I imagine it would have to actually involve fire to get you fired. 

Mr_Rose:
Probably you'd have to actually kill a customer, or burn down the building (on purpose of course), or otherwise cause the authorities to take an undue interest in the place.
