Judging by the utensils, the edamame, and the sake bottles and cups, I'm pretty sure it's a Japanese restaurant.

It could potentially be a Vegan Japanese restaurant, but y'know.  Doubtful.

Although I'm not sure that's what you meant, there is such a thing as vegan ice cream. Delicious vegan ice cream, too.
