I dunno if it's even a real Aussie. Sounded kinda like a kiwi bunging on an Aussie accent? Or maybe it's just a dude from another part of Australia with a slightly different regional accent, I dunno.
Also, I have heard plenty of Aussies that talk exactly like that, it's just that they are usually people I don't want to associate with, like oh I don't know, the entirety of my mum's side of my family :(
