Sure, you say you want it now, but what about in 6 months when it isn't cute anymore? Then all the other forumites will want their own and it'll just turn into a big mess, I'll have to start taking care of it and feeding it; This isn't even mentioning the medical expenses.

You forget, we can always take that long drive into the country, push it out of the vehicle and keep on driving.  No harm ever came from that, right?
