Why would you keep sandwiches in a box for knives? I realize you could just be illustrating how derpy this cat was, but this could also be some charming Britishism that didn't make it across the pond.

Haha I was mixing my metaphors - she wasn't the brightest bulb in the box. She was one sandwich short of a picnic. She wasn't the sharpest knife in the knife box.

I find it worrying that you apparently have a knife box. Even I don't have a box of them!
Barmymoo:
Actually at the moment it's more of a knife bag - I haven't bought a cutlery divider yet. But I do have a fair number of knives of different sizes.
Method of Madness:
Maybe box = drawer? I dunno.
