I could never feed them live things. Once upon a time I will move into a house and then they can deal with that stuff outside. I bring spiders and bugs outside instead of killing them. Though the idea is pretty amazing and would without doubt be good for them, let alone for keeping them entertained. I worry that they just sleep and sleep and sleep. One of the cats is very tall and built and I worry that she will get stiff. She already has trouble jumping onto things a cat her age should have no problem with.
I made a ball out of tin foil that they're chasing around right now. It's fun and they also run into each other for extra hilarity.

So we stopped by a pet store today to get something for the kitty and the store was having a guinea pig sale. There were guinea pigs everywhere. One of them had a BABY. OH MY GLOB BABY GUINEA PIGS ARE SO CUUUUUUUUUTE! It had to have been only about 3-4 inches long and it's head was about as big as its body and it was so tiny and cuuuuute. I wish I'd gotten a picture, but I'd left my phone at home.
Also we played with a husky puppy because puppies.
