Homeland Security's Festival of Utter Paranoia Black Box of Fun and Interrogation

Using a Secret Santa style distribution we all dob each other in for being a terrorist. Once you've been arrested, illegally detained, tortured, interrogated and released you come back and tell us under what spurious grounds you were set up and guess who the snitch was.

Pints are awarded for brevity of detention, bizarreness of your defence, amount of torture endured, guessing your accuser and humour value of retribution returned.

play it with a couple or a giant group
entire continents can play
the rules don't change they stay the same

but once the game is done
and someone's won
there is a variation that is almost just as fun

come with me
and the terrorists are free
if you lose and get left over
then you are a sympathizer
if you are a singer-songwriter
or a union-organizer
bet your bottom-dollar
you will be a sympathizer
and the sympathizers must be punished
even worse than terrorists
as an example for the kids
sympathizers must be banished
so to find out which is which we must refer back to the list
if you're a church administrator or a corporate stockholder
or a nuclear arms maker you are not a sympathizer
if you're not a sympathizer
be a terrorist, okay
you have to be one or the other
or we have no game to play!

How about a thread where we write a story a sentence at a time (as in each person writes one sentence at a time)? Those generally become very entertaining very quickly. It's how my friends and I survived high school.

my friends and i used to do this too and every single time the stories would turn really shockingly pornographic after the first three sentences or so. as far as i know we all turned out to be pretty normal people, i can't really explain why this continuously happened.
