Lummer:
My band is hitting a REAL BONAFIDE STUDIO in like... 6 days.  :psyduck:

Ima get out all my stompboxes and go to fucking town on this bitch.

StaedlerMars:
Hey I guess it's appropriate for me to talk about this here? One of my class projects was to develop an 'outdoor gaming experience'. We kind of threw that out of the window and instead made a sonic landscape on Arthur's Seat which you could listen to by using your phone and walking around, and depending on your location specific music would get played out to you.

It was all ambient stuff, I built the app, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. On the presentation day we got about 30 people to come to the place and try it out, and you could hear all the music everyone was making when they were walking around, it was really kind of neat.

Patrick:
Well, Kabir and I recorded a pretty solid demo this week. I present to you the unofficial original release of said demo, which I have called Deer In Very Sexy Headlights. Only "A.H." is finished, and we can't even agree on that yet haha. Still, we're pretty stoked and would love some feedback!

SSPKR:
I'm in a Chicago-based band called Soft Speaker.  Think psych-rock with Neil Young and Spacemen 3 influences.

Here's a link to download two tracks from our new album, plus a remix done by our UK friends, d_rradio:

I think I'm gonna buy that bass I posted in the guitar thread, and at the very least a decent USB interface, and start recording some crazy drum-less hardcore soon.

(There is way too much Trap Them in my life lately, and way too much Vein-ish Boris)
