Mux Mool - Just Saying Is All
Great EP. Worth checking out.

--- Quote ---A cross-genre selection of electronics from Mux Mool, shifting between the mock Italo disco of 'End Guy' (which, it has to be said, has a whiff of 'The Final Countdown' about it) to the brash, vocoded big-beat of 'Merlinfist!' without batting an eyelid. Better yet is 'Eagle Fantasies' which slips into a hip hop production that's very much of the Dabrye One/Three school, but restless as ever disco and house influences start to take over again for 'B'Genius' and '2muxLUV'. Finally, 'Teal Trim' might well supply the finest moment on the EP, though it's buried as a kind of miniature bonus beat, tucked away after several minutes of silence following the main track. This added on extra is a blissful bitcrushed boom-bap riff that really could have done with a prominent place on the tracklist.

Dislike most M83. LOVE this Winterlight. Spun it from noon to 5pm today and it made work feel like weaving the light of dying stars into ponies' manes.

Whiskerman S/T (2011)

Actually kind of shameful how long i've lurked this thread w/out posting. This is the debut full length from Whiskerman, who have pretty aptly described themselves as "a Frankenstein fusion of a simple folk backbone, rich classical core, wide-streching art-rock limbs and big jazz feet." It's bluesy ghostfolk. The band's front man has at live shows been known to play trumpet and piano at the same time, and the album's got a really rich cast, comprised of probably flat-broke but really very talented multi-instrumentalists. This is some of the best music coming out of Oakland, CA.

this is decent but it's absurdly quiet compared to the rest of my music
Also hey my dad bought the remastered box set thingy of pink floyd studio albums. Anyone want me to upload a particular album and/or the whole thing maybe?
I'll even scan the floppy art booklet that came with it if you're a real pink floyd nerd.
