Been lurking for a while now, so I feel the need to contribute.  Let's hope I've dotted all my i's and crossed all my t's

BS 2000 - Simply Mortified (2001)

--- Code: ---http://www.M/F.com/?7i4vsx47w8ue67g
--- End code ---
In anticipation of the Beastie Boys upcoming release, why not take a look backward?  BS 2000 is a side project of Adam Horovitz (The King Ad-Rock) and Amery "AWOL" Smith, and is a fine example of lo-fi stoner rap/party music perfect for your next soiree or way too loud on an after-school drive on a sunny day with the windows down after you've just turned 16 and gotten your license

RIDDIM BOX - EXCURSIONS IN THE UK FUNKY UNDERGROUND (Soul Jazz Records 2010)

I've really been missing living in London lately, and the remainder of my offers will no doubt affirm that.  With the rise in popularity in Moombahton the east coast of the US has seen lately, some credit has to be given to the influence UK funky has on that particular sound, and although predating the movement, Soul Jazz curates this exeptional compendium of UK Funky.  Most of these tracks could be heard out on the floors of many a party at clubs and warehouses throughout London in 2009 and 2010, with many a funktion1 or martin audio system trying to keep up with all the BASS.

Pirate Soundsystem – Trip II London EP (Coin Operated 2009)

--- Code: ---http://www.M/F.com/?fbpgn7fc2yd9720
--- End code ---
Having had the privilege to DJ a few warehouse parties in Hackney Wick, East London, I can attest from experience that keeping it local resonates with the crowd.  Coin Operated Records specializes in the sort of wobbly, bass heavy, square-wave synthesized, borderline chiptuney, type  bangers which was/still is at the forefront of the east london warehouse sound.  Having seen the effects "Think I'm Ready" or "Heads Out" has on a receptive crowd at 3 in the morning, I can wholeheartedly recommend this EP

Claude VonStroke – Fabric 46 (2009)

--- Code: ---http://www.M/F.com/?16c93kq2kgckbm4
--- End code ---
Yup, another Fabric mix.  Mixed by Dirty Bird Boss Claude VonStroke, this fabric mix is the best of the bunch in my opinion.  Having been able to do some promotions work with Fabric, and granted free accsess to the club, this launch night was one of the better nights I've had out at fabric (which is saying something, because every night is a treat).  A super funky house mix that can best be described as itchy

Bob Holroyd - African Drug Remixes EP (2010)

--- Code: ---http://www.M/F.com/?ddkzsiybc854z3d
--- End code ---
As stated earlier, I've really been missing London.  Pressed by Phonica Records, my favorite record store in London, this EP features a marvelous Four Tet remix that is certainly worth the price of admission.  A slow burner, sure, but quite a burner indeed
