Anime anyone?

Lines:
Erased has been a really good drama so far, if anyone else has been watching it. I think this or next week is the last episode and it covers all of the manga.

pwhodges:
We've had the last ep of Erased already.  Some people found the last two eps (which covered a third of the manga) were too rushed, but I thought more that the manga dragged.  A good show all round, and in the end my favourite of the season.  The way the OP changed for ep 11 was chilling; very effective.

Mobile Suit Gundam, Iron-blooded Orphans was good too, but for me it lost focus towards the end.  It's been confirmed for another season, which I guess was only to be expected.

Of course, Koyomimonogatari was also great, though as a series of shorts, each of which followed on from an earlier story, it was always going to feel a bit like a series of OVAs - though in fact it still made serious points.  Startling ending, too.

But curiously, the show that I've been thinking about, and going back to rewatch bits of from time to time, is from a few seasons ago: Noragami.  There's something rather special about it, in its characterisation, story, pacing, design, animation...  There's really no part of it which lets it down at all - an exceptional show.

Lines:
Noragami is amazing. We've started buying the manga because we like the story so much.

I second this opinion.  I gave the first season 4 out of 5 and the second season, like, 4.8 out of 5.
