I just tried it with mine....It sounded vaguely French and Russian..... Needless to say, I am more than a little surprised by that....

--- Quote from: Carl-E on 18 Jan 2011, 04:54 ---See, that awkward wasn't a big deal.  But yes, in a few days/maybe a week (comic) time, Marten should go see Dora, maybe at Svens, and hash out an attempt at a less awkward future for all.

--- End quote ---

Carl-E, I agree that someone should do it, and I will concede that Martin is more likely to take the step, BUT I think that Dora really ought to be the one to take the step.  She is the one that created the problem(s), and she needs to be the one to fix it/them, not to mention herself.  Martin is all too likely to step up and "be the bigger man", and I don't really think that it would be the best move for anyone.

Having said that...."Have faith in the author, Luke, have faith in the author".

Yes, this story line has pushed buttons.  Can you tell?

What IS the sound of one hand clapping, anyway?

SPK:
I don't post usually, but that poll had me cracking up with the choice for a rubbish bowler from the West Indies...lord knows we have too many rubbish bowlers as it stands here in the WI, don't need Marten to join the ranks.  :-P

On topic, I wonder what kind of disguise Hanners would have for Marten? Perhaps a full body suit, just so long as it isn't using someone we know:
