Yeah I think after smooth lines like talkin' about her dime-size butt-pimples, it's gonna be awhile before any sexin' happens between Angus and Faye. It sure ain't happening this time. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the evening ends with Faye jumping out of Angus' bed and leaving in a huff-women simply do not like having their flaws talked about, especially by the guys they're interested in!

Angus really needs to learn when to keep his mouth shut. Especially around a woman liable to beat the crap out of him for saying the wrong thing.

Oh pffffffftttt, this is Faye and Angus we're talking about, it's par for the course with these two. It was awesome, to me, to watch them go from sweet and adorable to trading insults in the space of a minute. It's why they're perfect for each other!

I think the theory of angus wanting not pushing her and not wanting to chase her away is pretty much confirmed, and well have to wait some more for the virginity theory i guess..... :(

I'm torn between two intepretations:

* Angus' total foot from mouth moment luckily being turned into LOLs. Again. Or
* Angus reading it perfectly in the sense that as sexual tension was still high, he added some levity to the situation on purpose. Simultaneously letting Faye know that while he finds her very attractive he won't keep her on a pedestal of unrealistic expectations.
Of course, the fact that I dare suggest the latter interpretation (extrapolating on the learned Dr's post there) shows that I hope this relationship works out. Could Angus really be that confident? May be, but the previous strip says 'no!', so I don't know. Wait and see.

It would be a douchy move, indeed, to point out a minor blemish on a lady in many a situation. This turned out not to be one of them. It may be ok, if obviously made in jest and won't press her buttons (both of these conditions seem to be met here). If Faye would be about to bolt out of Angus' bed, she would have already done so. Sans Captain Backhair comment.

I'll be honest, if I were Faye (well if I were in a situation like that, rather) I think I'd be like 'HEY, FUCKER!...aw, you really think of me like that? <3' I tend to hone in on the compliments automatically, might be my GINORMOUS EGO.

And *cough* I'd like to state that I actually never said Angus -is- a virgin, I was just theorizing about it as an interesting story angle. I'm sure the actual event will make him a little nervous, there's a lot of buildup there.
