It's like morse code I think. Swag is a dot, Fuckin' is a dash. So you send a message and it's like Swag Swag Swag Fuckin' Fuckin' Swag Swag Swag Swag Fucking' Swag Fuckin' Fuckin' Fuckin'. Of course, the main difference from morse code is that every single possible message of any length decrypts as "I am a waste of skin".
