Sounds of QC - Now With More Accents

Pee-can makes most people sound like they are "doing their American accent", mostly, or imitating hicks. It sounds... not-tasty. Seriously, "pee-can pie" does not sound like a delicious dessert I would want to eat, but more like some sort of indecipherable redneck jargon like "fi'nta", or maybe a horrible practical joke. "puh-con" sounds more like... I dunno, it sounds like food to me, and sounds like Chinese sugared pecans and pecan pie and roast pecans and this pecan-stuffed chicken thing my gran makes. It also reminds me of the sort of rare and persnickety wood you get from pecan trees that doesn't really make good learning material for your first bookshelf. "pee-can" just makes me want to snicker and point.

i think. it's hard to figure out what i say. it's like schrodinger's box: as soon as i try to observe it i change the outcome :psyduck:
