The "presiding official" is the friend of mine, actually, and I don't think he is officially anything. He wears that damn kilt everywhere, which I guess is fine? but like dude get a second one in a different colour to keep things interesting maybe because photos make you look like you never change your clothes.

Well, I just figured that he was an official something, since he's the one who has to stand there in front of the gods and everybody, and declare the bride and groom to be husband and wife "by the authority vested in me by {some civil and/or religious organization}" and also to sign papers to that effect. The authority can get to be pretty nebulous at times, though.
And his kilts are all the same because they are the Clan Tartan.
It does look like it was a lovely wedding.

Ahhhh. Big thank you to everyone who voted, looks like my facebook spamming helped pull in over 100 votes on the first day. Sister is happy but wants more. She keeps emailing me!
Problem is I'm not sure where else to go with promotion, I want to exploit the high volumes of tumblr but I'm not quite sure how since I'm not friends with all the people I follow whose lives I know creepily too well (kind of like how i started out here hehe)... someone help.
Anyway this will also be a bump, now I need to go fulfill requests and feel slightly guilty for spamming everyone again via facebook event page message and then i'm gonna go sleep and PUT A REST TO THIS NEVERENDING DAY
