Sometimes you want to chat a bit about an upcoming movie, but it doesn't quite deserve its own thread. This is a place to post trailers or other media of upcoming movies and share initial thoughts on whether it looks to be worth seeing or not. This is not to discourage new threads if that's what you want to do, just a catch-all for other films.

I'll start with Apollo 18. Probably not something I'd go see in the theater, but I'm intrigued enough to look it up later after it hits DVD/cable. It looks like they may have kept it more on the psychological side which could be good, but then they also seem to have given a LOT away in this trailer as to what's going on, and that's often a danger sign. Of course, the whole idea of a "secret" Saturn V launch is pretty ridiculous unless they launched from a remote Pacific island, but I'm willing to give one premise like that.

seems like the thing meets Apollo 13.

I agree it does seem interesting.

I'm really not a fan of this whole stupid "found footage" conceit, though.
