Jeph typically changes shirts for the real-life version - presumably he feels it's better. The "Irony" shirt had a completely different appearance, for instance; the "Unicorn" shirt was a different colour; and others changed that I can't bring to mind.

Also, he never made that Pintsize gravity shirt, which is probably the one shirt I almost certainly would've bought.
