totally a newbie here, and feeling very lost, no idea how it works and can't find an help on how to download from the music forum, can't get the links to work, any help?

and an into to me, is i'm irish, 28, an artist and very shy/laid back about everything

One word of helpful advice: Try speaking in grammatically correct sentences. It took me a few minutes to translate your post.
