A couple of weeks back I filmed a local improv group, and here's the first clip. If you know any Bass players, this will make a good stick to poke them with.

And speaking of cosplay, when I filmed a friend's band performing at the community college's festival day on the quad, the bassist girlfriend (heh, which also makes it a relevant counter-example to the above) was dressed as Mystique from X-Men. Oh. My. God. 6 feet of hot, hot body covered in nothing but blue body paint and matching blue bikini.

EDIT: found a photo on the bassist's FB page:

Clothes I'm forced to wear in the majority of MMORPGs, with such gems as:

Quote
The classic Bikini Armor. If you’re lucky you might get an actual shoulder-pad! If the designers even bother doing something more than just a regular bikini, you might get some accessories with stilettos! Exactly what I want in battle. For a extra nice touch; cameltoe.

and

Quote
The Abstract Art. Yes, we’re all wondering how the hell that works; how does that thing stay on, how does she walk with those shoes, how on earth is that supposed to protect her and why is half of her naked? All those questions is a part of the costume! They say art say more than thousand words.. or something!

Go and play Age Of Wulin (Age of Wushu in the USA). Of course you will still have a problem making your avatar look a day over 19...

Too much fucking churburg 13s in armoring. Need more globose breastplates and coats of plates. Need way more coats of plates. They are the shit.

Of course I may be biased but the 14th century is the One True Century

The students of the university where my wife works in the library have a facebook account for things spotted in the library (the lawyers have told the library not to try to get it taken down).

It would seem that this is the sort of thing that happens in the quiet reading room... (click the picture - it's a video)
