Crock pot in center of table, toss in what you like. The most delicious thing. Seems like it's either just another name for Dim Sum or at least very similar.

Similar in that you end up with a variety of foods and only what you want, which is good. Actual preparation and presentation are pretty different, but whatever, that looks really yummy.
