--- Quote from: AquaNinja on 27 Oct 2011, 16:58 ---How does that make me a rascal? it seemed perfectly logical to me, Tai leads a very different life than the rest of the gang. And she only started going to CoD when she met Marten, she has to get coffee elsewhere did she not? I would just assume that it was The Secret Bakery, both those places seem to be the most popular places to go in their city.
But then again I could be just being ridiculous, that is entirely possibly. I tend to do that.

I thought the Secret Bakery was close to Smif.

Yes, I feel like that might be true. But really I just feel like I'm over analysing it now. Tai is a dj, people need djs and thats all I'm chalking it up to haha.

You're right, intravenous is teh nu sh't.
sluthy:
Would Tai have already known about the gang going to the party? I'm assuming that the invitation was made during the week on one of Marten's lunchhours, would he have not brought it up with her?
Have Tai and Padma met yet (in a strip)? I can't think of any strip featuring both of them, so was Tai just calling her "a hot-ass lady" based on third-person opinions?

Well, it's entirely plausible that Tai knows about her (as the hot Indian barista over at tSB), or that she based her assessment on whatever Marten has told her. Then again, I would surprised if Tai hasn't visited tSB on a couple of occasions.
Border Reiver:
I found the background to todays panels as interesting as the discourse in the foreground.
Tai's reaction to Hanners was "interesting" still not sure what's going on, but hell this is the internet, we can speculate.
And Padma, don't poke the sleeping bear! Gods above, does no one exercise the least amount of restraint?
