Jeph mentioned in his Tumblr a little while ago that he's been drawing this character, but has no idea who she is:

It seems to me that she's the mad hairdresser:

Nah, maybe the daughter of the Mad Hairdresser. The Mad Hairdresser looks too old to be the same as the girl.

Besides, the Mad Hairdresser doesn't have freckles, and her complexion is darker (or at least less pink in the skin tone, which is probably why she doesn't have freckles).

I stumbled into the Ustream of Jeph drawing this gal, before he added the glasses and freckles, and thought he was drawing Hazel from GWS (speaking of a character you want to like and slap at the same time).

I'm getting more of a relative of Tai. And before someone points it out, Tai might've just lived in a tropical climate during her childhood, which gave her the "tanned look."

And this is very creepy, actually, I have a friend overseas who looks very much like that. (just the looks, though, the personality implied by the design doesn't match at all)

That character instantly made me think of Samantha, especially in this strip, possibly just because of the blue top. Although the drawing seems to be titled Claire.

I'd have to think it'd be fast. Hannerdad would HAVE to be linked up to ARPAnet, and he probably has a dedicated bandwidth that goes directly to one of the internet nodes.

I dunno. I've liked Danielle Corsetto's take on the QC cast. And if you go to the beer sled party sequence, you can see what the two GWS principals would look like when show up in the QCVerse -- and apparently Pintsize parties with a certain cactus. Jeph has mentioned the possibility (in one of the Q&A dumps on his Tumblr, IIRC) but said it would have to be a case of him and DC agreeing the time and story were right.

So I won't hold my breath but I will cross my fingers.
